Hi Mods,
I was just wondering if tracking information is available for SIM card orders. It's been almost 8 days without hearing anything, and it's starting to get frustrating. I'm located in the Waterloo Region.
Order Numbers: 90950 and 95604
Thanks!

23 days since I ordered my SIM... 9 days since I sent a msg to a mod (msg still shows unread..). What are my chances of actually getting the SIM + $120 12GB plan ...?

You will get another email from PM once your SIM card ships.
It took 2-3 business days to arrive after that email.
Hope this helps.

Confirmed. The 90-day 4gb / 40 is still available (it is no longer advertised on the Public Mobile Plans webpage), when you sign up no later than the 20th. Many folks have said the same. I just joined myself.
Be sure to click all the selections in this plan or the proper discount code won't be applied:
Select 90-day, provincial minutes, worldwide text, 12GB.
cheers

Regarding the 4gb/40 plan being available just not advertised, I heard that from a local as well. I will confirm here after I activate although it will be pretty tight time-wise. just received SIM today, right before weekend whew! 😜

Nothing has changed plans wise, except that they've stopped advertising the 12GB/90 day plan. It is still available.

My two SIM orders are still somewhere in transit or waiting in a warehouse.. but on the flip side Public Mobile appears to have sold a lot of SIM cards 😉
Yep, you guys without SIM cards are screwed right now. Even if you get one tomorrow - good luck activating and having a working service within 30 days.

Hi Everyone,
I think this is most likely a Canada Post issue. I had ordered a sim card November 2th, and it did not show up for over a week and a half. I contacted customer support, and within 2 days my sim card arrived. I think Canada Post is having issues.

Hi Brook, i am the same without receive sim card, i just send you a private message.

Good thinking jimmyche. I will follow those suggestions and with some luck finally get onto a competitive service. Bravo'd!

Hi everyone,
Sorry to hear that you have not yet received SIM cards. They should arrive in urban centers within 1-2 business days. Shipments are also a bit slower since we Canada Post was closed this past Friday for Remembrance Day. If you ordered your SIM 3-4 or more business days ago, please PM me with your order number and mailing address, including apartment number, if necessary, and I will track down your SIM card for you.
Thanks!

Given your current situtation and the fact that are now only 5 days left until this promotion expires. I would recommend you to make a post here and on redflagdeals and see if anyone near your area have some extra sims to spare. You may also want to check Craigslist. I would also make another order on Public mobile if I were you. You can always deal with the lost order later with Public mobile.

If this post help you, please bravo it.
If this post solves your issue, please mark as solution.

Same concern over here. Got an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation or estimated time of arrival. Some posts suggest to expect 2 days while other posts suggest 5-10 business days. Wish PM specified areas for typical delivery times.
It seems that without a SIM, there is no way to open an account for self-service?
Could an authority please confirm.
I too am concerned about missing the terrific promo ending this 20th.
Any posters in Victoria BC with extra new unused sim (used ones cannot work again), please feel free to message me. I know $5 may not be worth the hassle but you would be helping me out.
cheers from Victoria

If you are in Victoria I have an extra sim card.

Hi I would recommend you to order another SIM card today. It's usually supposed to take 2-3 business days to arrive. Strange you still didn't got your card after 8 days - something went wrong there. You better spend 5 extra dollars then miss that good promotion.
