8 days since waiting on Mod REPLY ---- can the double charge can be refunded or re-port myself ?

I understand people are busy but its seems a bit too long just try to connect with Mod here. is there any way to re-port my number myself or would there be refund on double charge on the mobile services ? 

i have sent the needed info to Mod seems they too busy to read them.... is there anyother way out ?

you can contact your credit card company. I'm thinking about doing that myself if I don't recieve service soon
