I cannot make calls on my new activated service. I'm getting 71B errors. I seem to have data but cannot call out. why?

I need help too my phone says the 7B1 thing and also cannot make phone calls or receive them yet the phone says phone not registered onto a network

I tried all of that. I have an esim can't put in another phone

try reboot your phone first
try to make calls with the 1 in front of the 10 digits
or try to click Reset all networks
still not work, try your sim in another phone
