Hi there,
I took advantage of the 6GB extra for 120 days promo (originally I have 6GN for 120 days). I checked my account, it stated the plan is still 6GB for 120 days. I see that there is a 6GB add-on, I want to check if it is the extra I received from now on?
Also when I purchased the sim card back in September, I recall seeing that once I activated the account, they will pay for the sim card ($10). Is it true? I am not sure if I get reimbursed at all.

thanks for the tip. I am sending the email about this $10 (shipping) rebate to the appropriate party. I missed the important info from the original email asking me to send an email.
For the promo, I did it before the deadline and I thought I applied it to the future date. BUT since the renewal date was only yesterday and maybe it is the reason it is not showing up yet. I will, as you suggested, send a PM to the moderator.

Regarding your plan... it does not sound like the promo plan has been applied. You're going to need to private message one of the moderators and ask them to manually adjust your account. As long as you "future dated" the plan change before the end of the promo (Nov 21st I think?), there should be no issue giving your the full 12GB.
The easiest way to contact a moderator is to go onto the Users Online page and find someone with a tag beside their name. Hover your mouse over the name and you'll see a pop-up with an orange Send Message. Moderators should start showing up around 9:00 am EST. Include your account details in the message for faster service.
About reimbursement... PM wasn't refunding the cost of the SIM card, they were refunding the shipping you had to pay. If you didn't pay shipping, then the SIM card should of cost $5 plus tax. I forget what the cut-off dates were, for when you needed to have ordered the SIM, but here's what you need to do...
To request your rebate, email rebate@publicmobile.ca with your SIM order number (see the subject line of email) and your Public Mobile phone number included. We’ll issue your rebate within 7 days of the email being received.

Did you email them requesting a refund for shipping? How did you pay? It would have been refunded the same way.
As for the promo 6gb is the regular option. Are you talking about the 12gb fall promo? It should show up on your plan as:
