Have switched to a 5G phone but still keep getting messaging saying I am using a 3G phone. What do I need to do to switch over.  My plan is f a 5G

What is an "F" 5G phone? Can I buy a vowel? hehehe.

In all seriousness, check the VoLTE list to see if your phone can be used on the Public Mobile network by entering the IMEI number at the bottom of the page.

what make / model is your cellphone ? You should check in settings to make sure it's set for 5G.
