Hi , My subscription shows that I should have a 5G internet but in my phone is not 5G , it shows LTE and 3G , what's wrong with it ?

Thanks, I was merely suggesting if the OP wants 5G is to get a new phone. 
Up to OP to stick with the 4G/LTE or getting a 5G phone.

@Zohrehkh49  the 5G plan is only about speed.  5G plan has a data speed of as much as 250Mbps on either 5G or 4G network 

Even if your phone is a 4G phone with only 4G or LTE, you can still get a speed of 250Mpbs , which is much better than the top speed of 100Mbps of any 4G plan

@Sansan  OP can still get the top speed of 250Mbps even with a 4G phone

@BKNS27 OP does not need a new 5G phone since his 4G phone can still get better speed with a 5G plan

Hi,

What phone do you have? In order for your phone to show the 5g indicator you must have a 5g phone to begin with. 

Looks like your using 4G or LTE  for data which gives you speeds of up to 100 mps which is good.

The 3G would be for calls, which is not good as 3G will be shutting down soon so you will need to change your phone soon to prevent loss of service for calling.
