Why is my phone says I have 3G speed and my subscription says I have 5G

how slow is your 3G speed?  use a speed test and check

and make sure you try Reset All Networks and make sure network mode set to Automatic or 5G

and what phone you have?

@Jpdflo1  You need to set your phone to 5G assuming you have 5G phone you can set it to 4G/LTE or 5G
