Hi Public Mobile Team,

I activated my Public Mobile service on January 20 on the $40 / 60GB plan. I recently became aware of the new 50% promotional offer, and I was disappointed to find that I missed it by only a few days.

Since I joined so recently and am already on an eligible plan, I kindly ask if it would be possible to apply the 50% promotion to my account, or offer an equivalent credit. I would truly appreciate your consideration.

I'm in the same situation. Now my former provider is aggressively coming at me with deals better than I am getting here which I was thrilled with. There really should be a grace period since it feels a little unsavory. I'd like 50% off too.

My wife is planning to sign up as a new customer. Could you please advise on how she can ensure the promotion is applied during activation?
