Last month for the first time I was charged $5 for an automatic top-up. Would someone know what it is for since I have no add-ons in my account.
Thanks

hi @Raymond9
coupy and paste only those transaction so we can understand. Just make sure no personal info
It's not that a picture can't provide the answers. Unfortunately, too often, these screenshots are posted revealing all information about the account.

this is likely a renewal charge. Can you check the payment history on My Account? it will tell you what happened. You can post a screenshot of the last couple transactions so we can help
Please do not encourage members to post account screenshots. Far too often, customers post sensitive account information, and even if an oracle removes it from the message thread, nobody from Public Mobile (or the customer) ever removes it from the Community photo profile most of the time.

This isn't related to add-ons. Add-ons don't automatically renew. As for the automatic top up entry, this isn't any kind of separate charge. It only means that your credit card/debit card was charged $5 to renew your plan. The $5 would have been the difference between your plan price and any extra balance that was already sitting in your Public Mobile account available balance.

What does it indicate in your account under Subscription>View Payment History?
Did you purchase an Add-on?
