@Jim-ford if your see LTE on the status bar on top, then yes, 4G= LTE
if you see3G, then you will need to change your Preferred network or network mode to 4G or automatic
You can confirm you have the 4G / LTE speed by running some speed. test. One good one is to download from https://www.speedtest.net/apps. Please not that each speed test could use as many as 300 Mb of data

What makes you think you aren't? Is your set to 3G/HSPA? Or even capable of 4G?
