to update your account go to change planning your overview page and select the 40.00 plan then on the bottom click the far right side that says change on renewal date. Ignore it if it asks you to add funds to your account. You will only need to add funds if you're not on auto-pay or closer to the date if you want to top up.
You will then have the new plan on your renewal. Although that bonus 1G might disappear if it is not stackable.

You can change your plan in your self serve account. It is recommended to change on your next renewal date.

@slhudson23 Login to your self-serve and go change plan page. Pick a new plan and have it changed on your next renewal date.
