3rd month in a row. Data discrepancies

I want to know why I keep getting notified that my data is at 75% usage, when each month for the past year, I have never even come close to using up data. The math discrepancy this month is 63gb (notification states 75gb, app states 12gb).and I attempted all of the previous advice given already and it still makes no sense and I KNOW I didn’t use the data, as I am at home using wifi most of the time.

No. I would not need that seeing as I have 100gb plan and use less than 25gb. This is why I am so confused by the discrepancy. 

Do you have any bonus data add-on?  Sometimes the 75% is about a particular addon and not your base data

Yes, I am aware. Each month I get notified that I have used up 75-95% of my data, but when verifying that it is always well below 20gb usage (I have 100gb plan). It isn’t making any sense and I’d really like it to. Thanks

hi @LanaLanz 

first, you aware PM is using 30 days cycle and the cycle start date change ?  So, your phone data tracking app has to update the cycle date all the time
