I signed up for a boxing day deal on the 4G/4Gb plan and 3rd month is supposed to be FREE. Why is my payment notice showing I need to pay for the 3rd month? I can't find any voucher or notice of the 3rd month free now that I am signed up. Please assist if you can.

Hi @pm101 the payment notice is a regular upcoming bill. what PM will do is either to load the fund ahead of the renewal or put the funds after the renewal. you can confirm with PM support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
