@guobeiwu1 - Yes, it is now for everyone.

Switch it in My Account > Subscriptions & add-ons > Change Subscription. Make sure to change it on renewal to avoid losing the rest of your month.

yes, just login to My Account and go to Change Subscription page and you should see it there

if you don't see it, try again using Incognito mode to login
