$29 Can-US-Mex plan

Already a PM user, need to subscribe (change to) to the $29 Can-US-Mex plan. Please help.

Unfortunately, if your current plan is higher than $29. You can’t downgrade your plan. You can only upgrade your plan.

So login to your account then to Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. You will see all the plans you are eligible to change to. If listed, great just hit change on your Next Renewal Date so you won’t be charged for your current plan plus the new plan.

Log into your self-serve, go to Manage Subscription tab

From there peruse the plan offerings for the desired plan.

Select to switch on NEXT renewal to avoid losing out current cycle as they do not prorate.
