Hi. I signed up for $28 promo plan for Quebec. As the direction said, I changed my plan to $35 and I was supposed to have $5 off and $2 off for auto-pay. I just received my credit card statement and $5 off is not applied, I was charged for $35 plan.
Before I switch the plan, I noticed someone else was asking about it and the reply was that Public Mobile was working on the issue. That's why I went ahead and changed my plan. Could you please let me know if the issue will be fixed and I will be refunded? Thanks!
