$25 refer a friend reward not received

I referred a friend on August 13. I received the 1$/month reward for each. I never got a 25$ credit. I received a text from pm saying "you have successfully referred a friend....". The friends registered online. I'm pretty sure everything was done correctly, in the right time frame, to receive the 25$ credit. Not sure who to ask for help for this with. Thanks.

Did you ever receive the money? I referred a friend before and got it and did again the other day but never got it.

I posted something about this to see if there is any issues going on.

You are NOT within the promotion frame.

The first one is Jul 26 ~ Aug 8. The second one is Aug 23 ~ Sept 13. You are Aug 13.

You should get the normal $10 though.
