Hello,
I used to have a plan in 2012 for 25$ per month, where I could talk and send text messages long-distance and internationally unlimited. How can I get this plan again, I haven't found it in the online plan options.
I am still in the process of activating my new sim card.
Is there a phone number where I can call without having an activated PM phone number yet?
Thanks for your answers !

Public Mobile calling only plans for 90 days: $76 provincial only, $91 Canada wide, $106 Canada & USA. Less $6/90 days if you use autopay.

@Janine you would need to add the 400 International minutes for $15 and it enables you to phone 18 countries and they are

No for international calling with those plans besides USA in the Can/USA calling option, you must purchase long distance add-ons with PM to call outside of USA. It is 15 dollars for 400 min.

Would there be international calling included in those plans ?

If you don't care about canada and US wide calling its even cheaper at $106.00.

Cheapest should be this, $45 per month...
US, Canada talk, Global Text.

With the plans their is quite a few options. For calling you have three; province wide, canada wide, or canada/usa wide. Texting only has a global option. If you wish to call outside of USA or canada there is long distance add-ons you can add that are 15 for 400 min that lets you call anywhere PM can. No possibility of reviving 2012 plan unless you have invented a time machine. Pardon my sarcasm 😛

Thank you so much for your quick responses, I appreciate it very much. (have to say, it gets a little frustrating after not having been able to get any further than the plan page for over an hour).
So which kind of plan would I have to pick in order to be able to talk and text unlimited internationally for as low as possible ?
PS: Would it be possible to revive the account from 2012 somehow?

The only way you could possibly get that plan is if you find a grandfathered plan holder that is willing to give or sell you their account, but that is alot of hassel and I don't know if you willing to go through that for a plan. Just keep in mind that alot has changed since the telus acquization of PM so do your research before deciding. They still offer great plans with telus coverage. That is why most of us are here 🙂

Old plans are no longer available. Plans that you see on plan page are your only choice.
No phone support on public mobile, but awesome community support.

Mostlikely the plan you discribed is an old plan that they no longer offer.
New customers get what ever plan you see right now.
There is no number to call for help, this forum is exactly how you get help from PM employees.
