using the app, log in to your account > Support > Visit our Community...you should see an orange bubble on bottom right side of that page.

Dont use the Chabot bubble if you cannot find it.  Instead, message them using this link:

you can request from Customer Support by clicking on the orange bubble on bottom right side of page to start the process.
