They are not even resolving issues for more than 96 hrs - crappy crappy service.

First of all, i'd delete your phone number from the post and suggest you try to contact the mod team if your experiencing issues like this. Your post is not very speific. Is it possible to give us more details?

@Lankanatha, what is the issue exactly? Additional details would help direct you in the right direction. Most account related issues need moderator intervention. Have you contacted them? Did they reply? They are on. A 48 hour turnaround at the moment.
Also best to remove your tell number from the post
Also what phone are you using? Can you try the sim in another phone? This isolates hardware vs account issues
