Transferred one number which was successful and tested, then we transferred another number, that number was then overtaken to the first SIM. Now the first number was out of services. The reason we reckon is the two numbers were under same account number at Koodo. Pulling out the numbers from the same old account override the first one.
Appreciate that can be fixed asap.
Meanwhile, when subscribing the service, Public Mobile double charged us, three payments for 2 subscriptions.
Please assist.

@JJAU you going to need support to help straighten out . I’m guessing you used the same device to create second account and that why it over wrote the first account . Best to create second account on second cell phone .otherwise your running on cache issue . They can help with extra charges to if you been over charged
