Do I have to sign a 2 year contract if I choose the 23$ plan?

Hi @Helen13,

You can keep any plan for a duration as short or as long as you wish. That being said, there is no obligation to sign a 2 year contract like some cellphone service providers used to force their clients to do back in the day.

That actually still is a contract.  It's a contract any time a good or service is purchased.

@Helen13 as mentioned, Public Mobile does not have any contracts so you can leave at any time but if you leave and there are a lot of days left on your existing cycle Public Mobile does not refund any unused days (no proration), so timing your exit close to the end of the cycle is best but careful not to try timing it to the last day in case things don't go smoothly

Public Mobile doesn't have 2 year contracts. The $23 plan is a on a 30 day contract.
