2 Factor Identification Login

Hello,

I unfortunately dropped my phone into the lake and lost it. I've gotten a replacement phone but I'm unable to log into my public mobile account because it had 2 factor authorization set-up and I can't log in as I can't put in the verification code.

Is there any way to log into the account? I want to set-up the new SIM to my account but just cannot log in.

Help would really be appreciated.

Unfortunately I didn't have the Eversafe ID setup but thank you! I was able to get it sent to my email!!!

Did you already sign up for EverSafe login before?  If so, you can get the 2FA code sent to email instead.

If not, there is a couple of tricks to get into your account.  First, try to reset the password to your self service account.  Then try to login again.  You can also try to send incorrect SMS codes several times and then PM may offer you the option to send the code via email.  

If that does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent, but that may take a few hours to respond.
