150 day expiry loyalty data add on promised 250GB but account only shows 5GB

Hi community,

PM sent me a text message promising me 250GB of bonus data in recognition of them forcing me out of the awesome rewards system and into their new and way worse rewards system. When I checked my account, they only gave me 5GB rewards data though.

Did anyone else have the same issue? Do they automatically give 5GB every time it's used up? I don't use much anyway but I wouldn't want to pay for data if they promised it for free.

@Jens2  the $29.00 plans and above got the one time 240 bonus. 

The other  plan at $15 got 5GB

Plans in between received 30GB.

Once once regular plan data runs out in the month, this will automatically kick in.

The add-on was for up to 240GB and was dependent on your plan.  Not everyone got 240GB.  These add-ons were a one time thing.
