So, I received my SIM and went through the steps of activation (I need a port, so I haven't been able to use) on the 21st of November.
I've sent PMs, and emailed. However, as of yet I've heard nothing back.
I know that there was a rush to grab the promo, but it has been 12 days and I'm starting to wonder what is going on here - I've paid, and have no service to speak of.
Can someone help me out here?

Another week has gone by, and still not a word in response to any of my inquiries to customer service.
I'm at a total loss as to how I'm supposed to get started here - fingers crossed I hear back soon.

According to Dave's announcement there is about a 12 day response time from receipt of the private message. so hopefully they will respond soon. in your private message did you send them all the needed info?
