I did purchase esim and its says e sim activated but its acitvated on different device.i provide the ime number the debixe want to active the esim.but its active on other device .please transfer the eSIM to other devicw or give me the refund
The eSIM will be downloaded to the phone you purchased the eSIM from on the PM app. You can’t purchase from another phone to the phone you want the eSIM to go to.
