I activated the account by reference and was supposed to receive $10 but of course, nothing happened. Tried a few times to open a ticket- but guess what - impossible. Error 404. .00 I'm starting to regret moving here. It's like law- you get what you pay for. Low price plan zero support. Chatting with some useless chatbot is not support at all. It's a joke.

It usually takes roughly 72 hours for the system to credit you the $10 due to the referral. Has it been more than 3 days that you signed up?

How long ago did you sign up? It takes upwards to 3 days to receive it but often just overnight.
