@xuebai, I believe this was the promotion that you are referring to. Obviously the deal is over now. If you had signed up in accordance with the terms as specified in the link below back when the promotion was in effect, you would have received the discounts automatically in your account.
Hi did you meet all the requirements of the promo? Do you know the details of your promo? When did you sign up? Did you activate in store or online? Do you have auto pay on?

If you signed up in a store then you would not have been eligible for that promo. That promo was online only.
