Hi,

 

I was recieving my $10 Beta tester credit without any problems but then I ported in my permanent phone number into Public Mobile on June 3 and now I don't see my beta tester credit anywhere (which is supposed to come on the 4th)

 

Can someone please help me? I'm not sure what happened...

Hello,

I believe that you did not receive your credit is due to its having been associated with your former PM number. Once your ported number became active, the system was no longer able to recognize your old number, hence no credit.
