Help with porting Fido number

I thought I had ported my number already, but I can only receive texts from a few of my contacts with my PM SIM. Any help with be appreaciated

I have created an account already with PM, and thought that my number has been ported. I can call with my PM sim, and send and receive messeges but only with a few of my contacts. I cannot however receive any incoming calls with PM sim

Are you test the incoming call ? if its working that means port is done!

 

I ported from Fido too, its just take 3-4mins and working!  Outing or Incoming Call , SMS, MMS, iMassages all fine! Just Date need change APN setting manual to make it work.

If you requested a transfer of your number it can take a few hours. Try your Fido SIM; if it's working just keep using it until it stops then switch to the PM SIM. Do not cancel your Fido account.
