You need your account number?
In your self-serve account:
The account number is under the Logout button, near top right corner. It would have 14 digits, starting with a 1. (100000009xxxxx)
If you can't even get into your self-serve account:
When you activated your SIM, they would have sent you an e-mail. That email had your account number in the recipient field. To: 100000009xxxxx.
