Bought the US Roaming Add-On this morning and it is not working.

Did all the steps for purchasing and the account is showing a $20 credit. Roaming isn't working.  Can anyone help?

It's a 2 step process. If you make the purchase without the funds in your account, that step will only add the funds, and not actually make the purchase. If you read the screen closely it will instruct you to actually then go back and make the purchase. So, add funds, then make the purchase. You can't make the purchase in one step unless the funds are already in your account.

if it shows a $20 credit, that means you haven't actually purchased the add on yet.

Sounds like u finished step 1 now that the money is in the account u need to proceed to step 2 and pick ur roaming option for it to activateif it has been activated should show on the main page under your account  as a add on

Maybe there was a problem at step 1.5?
