I was setup at walmart and they told me no call center or customer support i think there told to say it so people are aware that there may not be help if needed basically enter at own risk
Sounds like u finished step 1 now that the money is in the account u need to proceed to step 2 and pick ur roaming option for it to activateif it has been activated should show on the main page under your account as a add on
