I saw this and thought it was perfect for here and a perfect redone to a few threads. I just wish people would do a little research to make sure PM will work for them and they can survive with this customer service model.

Research is fantasic. If you can find the answers.
I had sent several messages, none of them got responded even after a month. Altho if PM's defence, it was on facebook
So i took a gamble, because when you're on income assistance $35 can make a big difference. Turns out, so far, it was a good gamble.
