Scheduled Maintenance to Activation Portal | Nov 12, 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM ET

Hello Community,

We wanted to give everyone a heads up that Activation Portal will not be available during the following maintenance window:

Maintenance window:  November 12 | 12:00 AM ET – 10:00 AM ET

During this time, you will be unable to:

• Activate your SIM card. If you try to activate your SIM card during the maintenance period, you will receive an error message. We recommended returning after the maintenance window. 

Once splash pages are down, please return to activate once maintenance is complete.

Correct. It's added it will go up closer to. We create the Community announcement in advance for the early heads-up and also to link the banner out to our Community post for more information.

Might I suggest that "the team" enact it on the 11th as they're preparing for the maintenance. It doesn't really need to be there before that. This announcement is good for the early heads up but the banner is more useful near the time.
Unless they're showing up at exactly midnight due to the stat 🙂

Thanks for the update.

Since it is activation, those  who want to join  might not follow Community yet, maybe it helps with a big red sign on the PM site during the maintenance?
