That's not within Public Mobile's business plans as all plans here are prepaid.  Prepaid plans don't include free phones.

That is not true. I went today to Klinik in Anjou and the guy just told me, so sorry we don't have this promotion, I have never had this offer here, he sent me to Klinik store in Place Versalles, once there. The guy told me I have no idea what you are talking about. I insisted and after showing him the email he scanned and said well it is something I didnt know. He went inside to bring some phones that are not covered by the promotion then just said I dont have any phone you are looking for with this 50$ discount over the phone. He said you need to go to to another store and I asked if possible to bring it to Place Versalles because the inconvenience of going from one place to other. He was supposed to come back to me by email but until now no answer. So, what is the point of mentioning a promotion that they dont seem first, to know, second, to redeem? I feel so frustrated after that.

Remember that the device protection plan costs extra, so while there is a $150 discount, more has to be sepnt than otherwise would have been on the device on by itself.
