Important Update: SIM Card Delivery Times due to pending Canada Post Strike

Hello Community,

Due to pending Canada Post labour disruptions expected on May 22nd, we are currently unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes and Rural Route addresses placed after May 13th. 

If you placed an order prior to May 13th and it has not arrived after 15 days, please contact a Customer Support Agent. Ensure you have your order number and an alternate shipping address ready.

If you need a SIM card more quickly you can purchase one on Amazon or find one at your nearest store.

Where do you live roughly?

Public mobile is sending SIM cards just not to PO boxes and some rural routes because PM is using different couriers instead of Canada post.

yeah, i went to 2 telus dealers and neither stock public mobile, always trying to push the telus ones

Yes, keep the receipt and submit to customer service agent.  Usually, CSA will credit your account.

It takes up to 10 business days of physical SIM cards to arrive.  If it has not arrived by end of today May 13, you should contact customer service agent.

For customers who want to pick up at a physical locations, it is a good idea to call the store first to make sure the store has Public mobile SIM cards before going.
