How to Get This Offer:

Current customers

  1. Purchase a SIM Card: Click here to order online or locate a participating retailer to purchase a SIM Card.
  2. Visit activate.publicmobile.ca and follow the instructions to activate your SIM Card. If purchasing from a participating retailer, the retail associate can assist you with the activation.
  3. During the activation process, select the ready-made plan “$25 for 500 MB + 500 MB AutoPay Bonus”.
  1. Log in on Self Serve
  2. Go to “Plan and Add-ons”
  3. Select “Change Plan”
  4. Select the ready-made plan “$25 for 500 MB + 500 MB AutoPay Bonus”. You will have the option of changing your plan immediately or upon the next renewal date.

I’m already on the $30 500 MB 3G Data plan with Unlimited Talk & Text. Do I need to do anything to get my rate plan to $25/month?

The plan price will not update automatically. To take advantage of the new price, you will need to follow the instructions outlined above in “How to get this offer” and read the “Current customer” section.

I chose to switch to the $30 500 MB 3G Data plan with Unlimited Talk & Text on my next renewal date. Will my plan’s price automatically change?

If you had requested to change your plan before this new pricing was announced, you will continue to pay $30 per 30 days. The plan price will not update automatically. To take advantage of the new price, you will need to follow the instructions outlined above in “How to get this offer” and read the “Current customer” section.

Will I keep the same plan forever? Will my plan change?

Yes no problem. He can go in his self-serve account and tab..PLAN/OPTIONS and click on PHONE LOST/STOLEN. When he will have a new sim card he can go in the same tab and clcik on CHANGE MY SIM.

Not at all. It showed around 650 mb, way less than the 1g.

Well it says unlimited talk provincial wide but thats not what i have picked. It was canada wide. This is a headache.

Hi my father is a lagacy customer $33 a month with autopay since 2013. He also switched to this $25 special offer plan that has to change on may 3rd his next billing cycle. But today his account was suspended saying your plan has expired why????? He is on autopay never missed a payment then why his account is suspended please please please help.  He has no service.

Hurrah! I had been thinking about migrating my wife over to this plan. When I saw that the offer was expiring, I got into gear and moved her over this afternoon. So easy!

Did you try in your self-serve account to change your plan? Can you wait for the change the next renewal date? It would be better for you. You will have your rewards and your renewal date will not change..

I inserted the sim of a friend of mine in the phone and it works

inserted the sim in my friends phone and same message "no sim card"

so I bought this new sim but system wont allow me to get it replace the older one

any idea?
