Resolved! Not receiving 2-step verification codes from Microsoft

A week or two ago I suddenly stopped receiving 2-step verification codes from Microsoft.  Everything else remains functional. Could this be a Public Mobile issue?  It seems unlikely, but I'm having a tough time getting the issue resolved.
