I thought this was a pre-paid plan and that it would be charged at the start of my billing period. Should I be doing somthing to get it started?

If I were to exceed my monthly data, how is this made known to me?                    "                                 how am I charged for the excess?    If I do not use my monthly data, is the remainder carried over to the next month? Thanks

I sent a request to Moderator_Team yesterday and have not heard back from them. Should I be concerned? How can I review my original post?
