Hi, I have new or refurbished version of an M9 from China. I cannot hear anyone that I call but they can hear me just fine. Any suggestions about what might be causing this? Thanks. Pam

No, it doesn't sound loud enough when Icall myself, or if anyone else calls me. Speaker phone option works though.

If I turn on speakerphone, I can hear callers, but unfortunately, so can everyone else nearby. Still can't hear callers on the regular speaker.
