What browser are you using ? Chrome, Firefox, Edge... Did you try on another platform (on your phone for example or vice-versa if the issue is on your phone). You might also want to clear your browser cache.
I don't think his is related as other people would also have the issue when porting...probably something went wrong during the registration. A moderator will definitely be able to fix the issue.
Wow ! That's a great news. I actually pay for my mother mobile phone on the 10$ plan and had to add a 1GB data addon. Now she will have 2GB to use and since she's not consuming lots of data, it might last for a long long time ! Thanks Public Mobile !
This could be an issue with the billing address of your new credit card not being exactly the same as the one on your Public Mobile account. You should double check that it is exactly the same as this was the cause of an issue I had in the past.
