Hi, I do not receive texts or calls from my US bank (Chase). Yet it seems that I receive other texts fine (eg from Canadian bank) and I can also call US numbers. What's up? How to fix that? Thanks.
@darliciousThanks for the suggestion. I don't get any replies from this number.@JL9Yes, I choose email when I can, but sometimes for some reason it is not possible. The verification call doesn't go through either. Is this normal?
