Help needed! I cannot access my mobile date. I have a Sky Devices Pro Selfie and it is not on the list of phones. It is not 4G compatible and I can't seem to be able to switch it to 3G. I am also unable to add or change APN settings.
I bought my SIM card at a Walmart kiosk and wasn't asked the type of phone I had. I do have a Roam mobility SIM card and I have room for two SIM cards in my device. Could you give me instructions please? Thank you
