I have sufficient funds in my PM account but payment won't update. My phone is suspended this morning. I need this fixed ASAP.

Yes it states out of data.... but he didnt use it all. Not even half. Thats what the issue is .

It's my sons phone. He changed to the 40$ plan and he never used all of his data and now it's not working.
