During the subscription to Public, I put eSIM option. But when I in the activation step-3 and found that the phone doesn't support eSIM. I bought a Public SIM card but need help activating it, as I can't option of changing from eSIM to SIM.
Thank you so much for the advice. However, the Amazon.ca return window for the phone was closed, so can't ask for a return anymore. I have to live with it.
My thought was the same, so I did not check. But it was stated during activation it does not support eSIM, so I checked and found out it really does not have the EID code and won't support.
