Tried that as well. No luck. Been a long 6 days waiting for tech support to figure it out.

Thanks. I have done everything and even formatted the phone to day one. It's been a weird experience. I also reached out to tech support and waiting to hear back. Just seems odd it worked for 8 months and now no voice calling.
