Wow. I thought I was in the support group. I am not currently in Mexico so unable to ‘try it myself’. I thought I was asking an easy question. Why even reply to me if you can’t help me?
How do I add the code before I submit the immediate plan change? Will it give me that option? Or do I change plans; then go back in and use the promo code?
