yes from my previous providor sorry i hate techonology lol, but weird thing is i can make calls just cant receive and yes they are trying to fix it 

thank you  i am curretnly online with support i think i accidnetly deleted me esim on my phone 

no did not close it still active 

yes just ported over today i can make calls just cant receive calls have an iphone and did esim

sorry what does that mean, i never got the text from my providor to port over number so incoming call are not coming in
