How am I supposed to pay if there is no amount showing for my "Payment Due" in Self Serve?
Unable to find out what plan I have because the link doesn't work.I keep getting the above message whenever I tap "Plan Details" or "Plan".  
Can't use my self-serve email to register for the Community forum because it says that "the email is already being used in an account". What's up with that? I'd like to start racking up some Reward points... Please.
